Michigan — Upper Peninsula. Butchers, meat counters and farms around Iron Mountain, Kingsford and out as far as Escanaba and Ironwood.

Michigan — Lower Peninsula. Grass-fed beef farms from Detroit to Traverse City, plus the bakeries worth the drive.
